Knight Dragon appoints Kier over rivals Ardmore and Wates
Kier has been appointed to replace GB 星空传媒 Solutions on a 拢27m Greenwich Peninsula scheme, 星空传媒 has learned.
Developer Knight Dragon told 星空传媒 it had selected Kier for the 140-home job, over rival shortlisted firms Ardmore and Wates.
A new contractor was required for the scheme, designed by DSDHA and dubbed plot 116 (pictured), after incumbent contractor GB 星空传媒 Solutions fell into administration last month.
Knight Dragon said GB 星空传媒 Solutions鈥� other former job at Greenwich Peninsula - the 拢25m Jestico & Whiles-designed 161-home plot 117 - has been taken in-house and the developer will complete the scheme with subcontractors previously employed by GB 星空传媒.
