Dulux paint products were used for the exterior repainting of seven blocks of flats in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. The blocks range in height from 16 to 21storeys so council housing manager Rochdale Boroughwide Housing wanted a solution that would last for many years. Rendered panels between the windows on each floor were painted using a specially mixed colour. A coat of the company’s stabilising primer was applied first to seal any powdery existing paint. Dulux Trade Maximum Exposure Smooth Masonry Paint was then applied over the top.
