Chief Executive of the National Security Inspectorate, Dr David Holt, who is due to retire next year, was presented with a 98% Club tie at the club's Annual Dinner and Dance.
On behalf of the industry, Secretary of the 98% Club for installers, George Mullaly said Dr Holt had been a "leading light" in security. He thanked him for all the support and input he has given.
Dr Holt has announced he is to retire in April 2002 following nine years at the helm of NACOSS and latterly the NSI itself.
He was a key influencer when it came to the merger of NACOSS and the ISI.
