The future's orange: Kensington Housing Trust has completed a 12-flat development on behalf of Look Ahead Housing and Care. The £1.1 million scheme at 320 Ladbroke Grove is intended to house former rough sleepers and was funded by the Housing Corporation.

The project, designed by PRP Architects, was required by planners to present a "bold solution" because of its prominent position.
