Northampton-based internet accessed monitoring and control specialist, Intamac Systems, has appointed David Rimmer as business development manager
David was previously European marketing manager at Cooper Security.

The appointment comes as a result of Intamac's continued growth and expansion, after securing a contract to deliver its services to a major UK telecommunications company.

David Rimmer said: "Advance-ments in IP networked security systems, and the acceptance of the internet into everyday life, underlines the enormous potential for Intamac's innovative technology. Intamac's forward-thinking attitude and innovation will stand us at the forefront of new developments."

The company aims to boost the profile of its technology and services within the security industry and to other markets and territories. It has more than doubled its staff in the last 12 months.
