The SSAIB company has been named winner in the Epping Forest Business Excellence Awards in the sought after "Customer Care" category. The award was open to all businesses in the area.

It was given to the company that, in the opinion of the judges, has "consistently delivered high standards of customer care and service by adopting a pro-active approach to meeting customer needs".

Pearl Fire and Security Limited, which is "understandably delighted" with the accolade, is no stranger to awards.

Last year the company received a dual nomination in the Security Excellence Awards – organised by Security Installer and SMT magazines.

And it was recently named Runner Up in the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Services Awards, this time in the Specialist Contractor of the Year category.

At the event, Pearl Director Jon Roadnight received the award from BAA Stansted's Chris Butler.
