British supplier spends 拢84m bolt-on aqusitions in America and France

星空传媒 supplies group Wolseley has bought five companies for 拢84m, it announced today.

The British firm said it had acquired US door and access control specialists Architectural 星空传媒 Supply Company and Jacobi Hardware in October.

This month it bought Albuquerque-based KBC Construction, and the inventory of JD鈥檚 Wholesale Plumbing & Supply in Colorado.

The firm also agreed to buy French company Sofiparts SAS in August, it said in a statement.

Wolseley said the five bolt-on acquisitions were expected to add around 拢109m to total revenue in a full year while related goodwill and intangible assets were estimated to be around 拢50m.
