Consultant wins contract on £3m refurbishment of care home portfolio in the midlands and the north
Cost consultant Rider Levett Bucknall is set to work with housing group Anchor Trust on a £3m refurbishment scheme to upgrade its regional portfolio of retirement and residential care homes in the North and the Midlands.
The firm’s Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool offices will provide , building surveying, contract administration and employers agent services throughout the three year framework agreement.

Formally Help the Aged, Anchor Trust is the UK’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing, support and care for the elderly.
It is the first time the Rider Levett Bucknall group has worked with Anchor Trust.
