Management takes over control from private investment business
Chartered surveying firm Plowman Craven has completed a management buy-out from its former owners, private investment business RCapital Partners LLP.
The buy-out was led by the organisation鈥檚 management team, including managing director Andrew Molloy and directors David Norris, Malcolm Donald and Peter Folwell.
Matt Swan 鈥� property developer and previous board member of contractor Alfred McAlpine 鈥� remains in his role as chairman.
Plowman Craven is an 100-strong firm with offices in Hertfordshire and London, providing measurement services primarily in the property, rail, regeneration and entertainment sectors.
