Former HCA and GLA director to join G15 landlord in July

Housing association Clarion has appointed regeneration expert David Lunts as chair-designate of its development arm Latimer Developments.

Lunts, who is chief executive of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, will become chair of Latimer on 6 July.

Lunts has also held senior roles at the Homes and Communities Agency and the Greater London Authority.

He will succeed Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, who is stepping down after joining Clarion in 2017.
