East Northamptonshire council is selecting a contractor for this £3m community centre in Thrapston. The Studio Bednarski-designed scheme includes a 25 m swimming pool, a gym and two community halls. Structural engineer is BCAL, roof engineers are Cowley Structural Timberworks and Parkman, M&E engineer is WSP and cost consultant is TRS.
