Consultant QS, project manager and building surveyor on 拢95m scheme
Faithful + Gould has been appointed lead consultant for the Royal Mail under a new framework agreement.
The firm鈥檚 Bristol office will provide , quantity surveying, planning supervision and building surveying services over the next three years for the scheme, with an estimated 拢95m.
Adam Brooks, F+G's Bristol director, said: 鈥淭his is the first time Royal Mail has agreed to outsource its project management and it provides an ideal opportunity for Faithful + Gould to assist Royal Mail in developing its estate in order for it to remain the market leader in postal delivery.鈥�
The design team comprises Boyes Rees Architects, Clarke Bond and the National Design Consultancy.
