Mark Clare, chief executive at Barratt Developments, will top the bill at a two-day housing conference being put on by Ðǿմ«Ã½ magazine in May.
Clare will outline how housebuilders are attempting to cope with the credit crunch and what the financial squeeze will mean for housing construction.
The line-up will also include Sir Bob Kerslake, chief executive of the Homes and Communities Agency, the government’s planned housing and regeneration super-quango. The conference will be at a central London hotel on 20-21 May.
Other speakers include Roger Madelin, chief executive of the Argent Group, and Paul King, of the UK Green Ðǿմ«Ã½ Council.
