Plans have been announced for the second phase of a £30m regeneration scheme in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. Developed by Binks Vertical and designed by Cartwright Pickard Architects, the scheme is located on Mill Royd Island – a peninsula site located between the River Calder, the Calder and Hebble Navigation Canal and a working canal basin. Each of the 250 apartments would have a balcony with river or canal views. The development also includes penthouse apartments and a canalside bar, swimming pool, gymnasium and restaurant.
