Leeds council is to reballot tenants on a 拢45m private finance initiative scheme that they rejected earlier this year.
Nearly 54 per cent of tenants in the Little London and Woodhouse areas voted 鈥渘o鈥� to the scheme on a 67 per cent turnout (Housing Today, 14 March). But a post-ballot analysis found the majority of tenants in Little London actually voted 鈥榶es鈥� for PFI at 53 per cent, while the majority in Woodhouse voted against at 64 per cent.

The council is now working on a modified PFI proposal for Little London.
