I was sorry to read the letter from Adrian Grover in which the National Housing Federation's new identity for the sector and the name for Hyde Group's new division, Inplace, were compared (11 April, page 18).

Hyde staff have been involved in our sector identity work since spring 2002.

This is not the only organisation which has an iN mark.

We are, in fact, working very closely with the Plus Group to ensure there is complementarity of identity with their subsidiary, regeneration company Include.

One of the key parts of our identity work is to secure agreement on a sector change programme which, among other things, turns the competitiveness in our sector outwards, however and whenever it is expressed.

I am glad to see we have Adrian Grover's support for this.
