In my father鈥檚 house: Eastleigh Housing Association is converting a derelict church in Eastleigh, Hampshire, into 25 flats designed by architect Kenn Scadden Associates. The 拢2m project will be completed in summer 2004. Eastleigh council has provided 拢271,000 of social housing grant to turn five of the flats into affordable homes.
