From tiny acorns: Sentinel Housing Group and ROK Llewellyn have submitted plans for the third and fourth phases of their Oakridge Village development in Basingstoke. The £5m project will provide 304 homes, 50% of which will be social housing. Work is expected to start on site in August and the development will be finished in 2005. Architect for Oakridge Village is HTA Architects.
