Buro Happold has published a collection of essays on sustainability, titled Patterns.

The publication deals with issues under this general heading, including: global warming, energy alternatives, greywater, and measurement of sustainability. There are also articles on urban planning and a case study on greening a blue-chip headquarters.

Sustainability is an issue at the heart of building services in the 21st century. This publication is written from the Buro Happold point of view, but has relevance for a wider audience, nevertheless.
