Lovell Partnerships won this award last year and has demonstrated the consistency of its performance by being named in five categories in this year’s ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Homes Quality Awards and therefore claiming the affordable housing provider title.

The company is well-known for its five-year partnering agreement with Whitefriars Housing Group in Coventry, under which it is refurbishing 10,000 ex-council homes, but that is just one of a string of high-profile projects. Part of Morgan Sindall, the company reported strong financial results in February with turnover up 40% to £156m. Its forward order book then stood at a record £260m.
