Crane and cable: One of 30 prefabricated homes is put in place by crane at the Aberfeldy Estate in Tower Hamlets, east London. The work is part of East Thames Housing Group's bid to provide more affordable homes in the area. The two-bedroom flats were manufactured and fitted by Yorkon, complete with bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, heating, electrics and balconies. Due for completion this summer, the development will be six storeys high, built as two blocks on either side of a central core housing the lift and stair tower.
