Cloud control: Neptune Developments and regeneration specialist Countryside Properties have been chosen to build Liverpool's "fourth grace", a £200m hotel, residential and office complex by the River Mersey. The centrepiece is Cloud (left), a hotel and office building with community facilities. The scheme also includes an 18-storey office and a 340-home residential block called "The Life". The development will join the existing "Three Graces": the Liver ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, the Cunard ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and the Port of Liverpool ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
