Jeremy Mackrell
Solicitor Jeremy Mackrell has been appointed to chair Leeds-based housing association Yorkshire Metropolitan Housing. Mackrell has been a member of the association's board since 1998. He succeeds Celia Moran, who is now chair of Yorkshire Housing Group.

Keith Bunn
Keith Bunn has been appointed business growth manager for Anglia Housing Group. He previously spent two years at London & Quadrant Housing Trust as a senior development officer.

Karen Lawson
The new accommodation manager at Norfolk Homewood Housing Association is Karen Lawson. She formerly worked as a tenant liaison officer for Orkney council.

Midsummer Housing Association
Penny Downing and Leslie Clarke joined Midsummer Housing Association in Buckinghamshire, on 1 April. Downing (left) will work in the new post of property services manager. She previously worked as a project manager for regeneration organisation Prime Focus.

Clarke (left) will be senior development officer. She was a research and development officer for Aragon Housing.

Midsummer also has a new technical services manager, Dawn Heath-Brown, who joined from development and management consultant Avebury.

Patrick Jaggard
Patrick Jaggard has joined Sanctuary Housing Group as head of legal services at its new Worcester head office. He was a partner in the social housing department of solicitor Needham & James.

East Boro
Housing Trust East Boro Housing Trust of Dorset has taken on Maggie Love as trust services manager and Mary Stepin as housing manager (learning disability supported living housing services).

Love previously worked as housing services team leader for North Dorset council; Stepin worked for Poole council in adult provider services.

Angela Pugh
Angela Pugh has become project manager of the Tranmere Housing Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Maritime and Riverside housing associations, the Housing Corporation and Wirrall council. Pugh previously worked for Maritime as a project officer.

Huw Davies
Huw Davies has joined London-based housing association PentaHact as finance director. He previously worked for Anchor Trust as an assistant director of finance.

Dion Woods
Prestwich and North Western Housing Association's new maintenance manager is Dion Woods. He joins them from Family Housing Association in Manchester, where he was maintenance supervisor.

Simon Davies
Simon Davies is the new combined housing list adviser at Aberdeen council. This is his first job in social housing after graduating last July.

Will Manning
Will Manning is joining Westgate Support + Care, part of Winchester Housing Group, as floating support manager. He used to be a project worker for Stonham Housing Association in Winchester.
