Martin Heys
Martin Heys is joining East Thames Housing Group as deputy group chief executive. He joins the group from Town and Country Housing Group in Kent, where he was finance director and deputy chief executive.

Western Challenge Housing Association
Dorset-based Western Challenge Housing Association has appointed Rob Webber director of operations. He was formerly a director of a London-based IT consulting and project management company.

Western Challenge has also promoted Helen Hann to housing manager. Hann was previously area housing manager for the Christchurch, area. Meanwhile, Pat Rowan has joined the association as a supported housing manager and is overseeing all aspects of the association's supported housing service.

Aragon housing association
In the 21 March issue of Housing Today, we said Shelley Fowler was moving to Aragon Housing Association, based in Surrey. In fact, Aragon is based in mid-Bedfordshire.

Debbie Elliot
Debbie Elliott has been appointed chief executive of South Staffordshire Housing Association. She was previously the association's operations director. She will take over from David Morgan, who is retiring later this year after 40 years of working for local government and with the association.

Jo Valentine
Jo Valentine is to be the new chief executive of business lobby group London First. She is currently the organisation's chief operating officer and will take up her new role on 1 May.

Andrew Cobb
Andrew Cobb has been made chief executive at Hampshire's Drum Housing Association. After working for the Sentinel Group until December 2001, Cobb has been Drum's interim chief executive since last April.

Tony Stanuel-Taitte
Aylesbury New Deal for Communities has appointed resident board member Tony Stanuel-Taitte as chair, replacing interim chair Lord Victor Adebowale.

Ann French
Ann French has joined Rosebrook Housing Association of Hampshire as chief executive. She was previously director of development and technical services at Mount Green Housing Association in Surrey.

Surrey Heath Housing Association
Emily Trotter has joined Surrey Heath Housing Association as human resources adviser. She previously worked for telecommunications firm NTL.

Ruth Andrews has been taken on as housing officer, having previously worked for a housing association in Norwich, and Jayne Kenyon has been appointed housing assistant.

Robert McGuinn
Property and construction consultant Monk Dunstone Associates has promoted Robert McGuinn to associate director in its Leicester office. He has been at MDA since 1993.

Colin Williams
London's Threshold Housing and Support has appointed Colin Williams to set up and run a service to help vulnerable tenants into day activities, training, education and work.

Williams previously worked for training consultancy Hampton & Rose, where he helped young people with low literacy levels find work in construction.

Graham Mack
Graham Mack is to join Martlet Homes, formerly known as Chichester District Community Housing, as director of the maintenance division. He was previously divisional director at Signpost Services, a maintenance company for the social housing sector.
