Castle Vale Community housing association has welcomed a new team to deal with an extended repairs service they are offering, which now covers their entire 2200-home estate.
The new team consists of (from left) Emma O'Regan, John Cheney, Graham Pearson, Tracy Smith and Marcia Penlington, who will be responsible for running the expanded repairs programme.
Carol Wildman, director of housing at Castle Vale, said: "This is a well-established and effective team which will now be the point of contact on the estate, benefiting everyone living here."
Alan Kilburn
Alan Kilburn OBE has been co-opted by the trustees of William Sutton Trust to join the housing association's board. Alan's career in housing spans 40 years and he is a former chief executive of the Home group and a member of the inquiry into British housing.
He praised the William Sutton Trust's "new approach in cooperation and joined-up activity".
