Norwich City Football Club is kicking off plans for a redevelopment of its Carrow Road stadium and 330 flats. The £6m scheme, which got planning permission last week, will include 49 affordable flats next to a new 9500-seat south stand. The one-, two- and three-bedroom flats are being built by Wilson Connolly with architect RHWL.
