High security specialist, Visonic Group, has acquired Elpas Local Positioning Systems, a leading provider of automated asset management systems
The acquisition is expected to benefit UK staff and customers of both companies.

Visonic UK specialises in sophisticated wired home automation and wireless systems, while Elpas is noted for its institutional loss prevention products and its solutions to prevent infant abduction and baby misidentification.

Elpas staff will be transferring to Visonic Technologies, and the Chief Executive and Vice President will take on equivalent positions in the new structure of the company.
