Long-standing ECA member firm C J Bartley went into voluntary liquidation on 17 July.
C J Bartley was a subsidiary of the MEA Corporation, which itself went into administrative receivership on 3 August.
MEA's winding up of C J Bartley follows hot on the heels of the departure of former managing director Simon Bartley in June.
The MEA Corporation was formed last year by the coming together of m&e firms Total & Environmental Maintenance Services, C J Bartley and Rotrax Engineering Services.
C J Bartley was founded in 1921 by Charles James Bartley.
