Leading manned security provider Securiplan has been chosen as one of two preferred accredited security suppliers by B-Serv Ltd, the customer services organisation that鈥檚 wholly-owned by Brixton plc.
B-Serv has selected five key services delivery partners in a bid to provide a high quality, value-for-money service to the tenants of Brixton鈥檚 owned and managed properties.

Until now, Brixton 鈥� the UK鈥檚 ninth largest property investment and development concern 鈥� has been forced to call on the services of over 30 separate security contractors to service its portfolio of 80 managed properties.

According to B-Serv managing director Steve Lee, the organisation is intent on reshaping its service delivery, in turn achieving optimum value for money for its customers. 鈥淚t鈥檚 essential that we offer an efficient security landscape in the industrial estates and business parks we manage,鈥� stressed Lee.

Speaking about the new contract, Rob MacKinlay 鈥� the national account manager for 拢30 million-turnover Securiplan 鈥� said: 鈥淚t will be important for us to identify the right security solutions for the varied requirements of B-Serv鈥檚 customers鈥� 鈥� many of whom boast a strong presence in the Heathrow area.
