New guidance by WRAP (the Waste & Resources Action Programme) helps to increase the use of 鈥榬ecycled content鈥� at the design, procurement and construction stages. Earlier this year, the government鈥檚 Sustainable 星空传媒s Task Group set a minimum requirement for recycled content in construction projects of 10% of the materials value of the project.

The two reports identify 鈥楺uick Wins鈥� 鈥� ways of achieving higher recycled content in buildings that are cost-competitive.
