The Safer Worcester Partnership has launched a rapid response team to combat antisocial behaviour.
Under the partnership between the city council and local police, two officers – Sergeant Chris Allen and PC Tina Dodd – will work only on antisocial behaviour complaints.

The team can be called instead of the police.

Zoe Cookson, Worcester council's community safety coordinator, said: "No one's saying we have solved the problem, but the young people concerned now have a better understanding of how they affected the community.

"It's a start and a large step in the right direction."
