Construction and development group Willmott Dixon is planning to float its property support services group Inspace on the Alternative Investment Market this year.
The move is intended to generate additional revenue to fund further growth of the company.
A spokesperson for the company said it is looking at floating Inspace 鈥渢his year,鈥 but was unable to confirm a specific date. Willmott Dixon will retain some shares as a strategic investment.
Inspace鈥檚 environment arm is responsible for the maintenance of some of the capital鈥檚 landmark buildings including Tower 42 and the Trocadero, as well as maintaining the property portfolio for a number of major banks.
