Vortice has launched a mechanical extract ventilation fan, Vort Leto, that is eligible for SAP Appendix Q use. It will be available in the UK in two models: hard-wired and radio frequency (RF) remote

The central mechanical extract fan provides quiet, uninterrupted ventilation from a dwelling via all the wet rooms, creating an air path through the property from the ‘dry’ rooms to the ‘wet’ rooms.

Both models comply with the Approved Document F (2006) System 3 – Continuous mechanical extract ventilation of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Regulations.
