The UK arm of the Green ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Council is set to launch in spring 2007, following the inaugural meeting of the UKGBC in London on 13 October where the organisation’s 20 founding members each pledged £30,000 over the first two years.

The founding members include manufacturers, materials suppliers, architects engineers and developers. The organisation is currently searching for a chairman and recruiting a chief executive.
