I was interested to read your report in last week's issue that tenants in high-rise flats have higher rent arrears and "the higher the home, the deeper the debt" (30 May, page 8).

  On the opposite page, you showed M3 Architects' design for 40- and 60-storey tower blocks in north London, up to 35% of which would be social housing.

Would anyone like to speculate on what the rent arrears for flats on the 57th floor will be like?
