Plans for a £100m mixed-use scheme in the centre of Milton Keynes have been endorsed by the Milton Keynes Partnership Committee, the area’s Urban Development Association

It will include a supermarket, offices and 400 flats and townhouses, of which 30% will be affordable. The social housing will be managed by Genesis Housing Group. The proposal is now set to go to for planning consent.
