Half of you blame everyone, including the client, the contractor and the design team, for the Wembley stadium disaster.
That's the result of the latest poll carried out on our website looking at the late-running new home of English football. Surprisingly, given the flak the firm has received in recent months, Australian contractor Multiplex came third in the poll of shame. In second place was the client/government with a quarter of the votes, and the least to blame turned out to be the design team.
This week we ask you to comment on the latest rumblings at the RICS. The new drama sees the continuing thorn in the institution's side that is Jeremy Hackett embroiled in a written spat with RICS president Steve Williams. Hackett is demanding the RICS addresses issues he has been consistently raising about the management of the institution. Williams says the RICS is fed up with dealing with one member's demands.
