The first impression when entering the newly opened Roka restaurant in London's Charlotte Street is that of glass and light. The designers, Superpotato/ Muramatsu Design Studio in association with UK consultants, B3 Designers, have created an interior that embraces glazing as a design option, while allowing it to provide a functional role within daily operation.

D R Services supplied and installed a number of key components for specialist project managers Subdale Ltd, including a full height glass wall which acts as a focal point on entry to the restaurant, and a glass enclosure surrounding the dumb waiter, with two glass fronted display areas each 3m high and 6m wide, and 60 glass shelves.
