INTERIOR DESIGNERS: Virgil & Stone, London. Design team led by: Frances Williams (director) and Moira Crichton (associate director).

DESIGNERS' VIEW: Tiffin: "Tones of grey and beige in the upholstery, Wedgewood furniture and contrasting accents of deep red give the place a luxurious and comfortable feel that permeates into the lobby area."

Vetro: "The dining area presents three different qualities of spaces (comprising) one suggested by backlit glass glowing with amber light, a linear banquette seating arrangement within the heart of the space and a freer layout of tables where the reflections and transparency of glass screens in amber and caramel… create a visually striking feature."

SPECIAL FEATURES: Tiffin: Carved stone screens suspended from the ceiling aim to create semi-private areas whilst still being part of the larger space. The furniture is a combination of different types.

Vetro: The kitchen is a focal point in the restaurant, viewed through an oversized window.
