Private function: This £450m plan to redevelop the Grahame Park estate in north London went out for public consultation on 26-28 October.

The project does not have housing grant so Barnet council, Genesis Housing Group and Notting Hill Housing Group plan to fund it by selling £60m of private homes.

They want to build 2940 homes, 915 for rent or shared ownership and 2025 for sale.

The housebuilder is Countryside Properties, the architects are Pollard Thomas & Edwards Architects and Levitt Bernstein Associates.
