New directors at Gleeds

Gleeds has promoted two employees to director level. Neil Surtees will be part of the management team overseeing the firm’s management services division GMS. He will work in the property sector as well as overseeing an expansion programme for the division with managing director Ian Gibson. Clive Curd will be a director at the firm’s financial services division.

The firm has also promoted 57 employees across the business, ranging from new associate directors in cost management to senior consultants in PFI. Senior partner Richard Steer said: “We are expanding rapidly to reflect our growing place in the market and are attracting an excellent range of professionals.â€

RLF Liverpool looks ahead

RLF has promoted two of its associate partners to partners in its Liverpool office. The promotions are part of a three-year expansion strategy for the Liverpool business. Paul Chesworth and Paul Jackson will now manage the 11-person office, which was established four years ago and works for clients such as the Home Office and the Liverpool Land Development Company.

Senior partner Steven Barker said: “In the run up to 2008 [when Liverpool will be the European Capital of Culture] this is a critical time for RLF in Liverpool, and I expect the new partners to play a big role in taking the firm’s presence in the area to a new level.â€
