People moving up the career ladder this month

West-Yorkshire based construction and development business Caddick Group has appointed Ian Hessay to head its new residential division, Caddick Living. Hessay was formerly managing director for Persimmon Homes in Yorkshire.

Adam Wilkinson is joining Kent council in September to take up the new role of managing director of environment and regeneration. Wilkinson was formerly with Rotherham council.

Keepmoat has added to the senior team at Haslam Homes and FHM (West Midlands). The new appointments are: Peter Hindley, director of homes, Haslam Homes; David Ward, regional managing director, Haslam Homes (Yorkshire); and Fraser Mercer, managing director, Frank Haslam Milan (West Midlands).

Richard Walters has joined Knight Frank’s strategic consultancy and public sector team as a partner to focus on development and regeneration.
