Who's got a new job this month?

• The UK’s first city development company, Creative Sheffield, has appointed its senior management team. The five-strong team are: Brendan Moffett director of strategic marketing, Phil Roberts director of strategy and performance management, David Fletcher director of business investment, Andy Topley director of physical regeneration, and John Hudson director of enterprise and skills.

• Anna Gibson is the new director of regeneration and development at Coast and Country Housing. Gibson has nearly 20 years’ experience in development and regeneration and was previously a director with Sunnyside Partnership.

• Tom Campbell has taken up the post of chief executive at Fusion Assets, the urban regeneration company formed by North Lanarkshire council and Scottish Enterprise.

• Redrow has appointed David Smith managing director for the South Wales region. Smith, formerly with Westbury Homes, is in charge of expansion plans.
