Notting Hill Housing Group's old offices at 37-41 All Saints Road are to be converted into three four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments, which would sell for around £1m each.
The Notting Hill team is now looking for new offices in Notting Hill, west London, after a group restructure. The team was originally meant to move to the ground floor of 46 All Saints Road. However, this option was discovered to be too expensive, leaving it homeless.

46 All Saints Road will now be converted into affordable housing.

37-41 All Saints Road was originally intended to be converted into affordable housing, but NHHG discovered it was not feasible. The proceeds from the £1m homes have already been earmarked "for improvements to our existing stock in the Kensington area".

An NHHG spokesperson said: "We are well advanced in our negotiations to secure an alternative, more suitable, building – not in All Saints Road but nearby. We will not close our office in All Saints Road until the alternative is open and ready for customers to use."
