Industrial action: London architect Bushe Associates has completed the first phase of a £1.5m live–work development completed in Hornsey, north London, for developer Nu Homes. The scheme involved the conversion of five light industrial units into flats. The second phase will see the construction of eight units, which will complete the courtyard scheme. The project team includes contractor Broadway Contracts, QS Barrie Tankel Partnership, structural engineer MSJ Consultants and M&E engineer KW Consult.
