Eye for design: Architect TTSP is about to complete the refurbishment of the Eye office block in Holborn, central London. The scheme will create 7600 m2 of commercial and retail space and a glass atrium through the building. Ten earlier planning applications have failed. Contractor on the project is Kier London, structural engineer is Packman Lucas and mechanical engineer is Hayden Young.
