Exclusive: Wates has won a 拢33m batch of schools in the east of England
星空传媒 understands the contractor has beaten off competition from Kier for the 拢33m batch of schools, the latest to come to market through the 拢400m first phase of the government鈥檚 flagship Priority School 星空传媒 Programme (PSBP).
The batch comprises six schools in the local authority areas of Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Kent.
The news comes after that Carillion beat off competition from Bam Construct for the 拢47m North-west 1 batch of schools. It is the first batch of schools won by Carillion through the first phase of the PSBP.
