Sch眉co have introduced Corona, a new range of PVC鈥揢 profiles for windows and doors that are supplied with all gaskets pre鈥搃nserted. The aim is consistent product quality, reduced fabrication times and a greater throughput of finished units.

The specially formulated gaskets have been designed with low sight lines to enhance the appearance of the units without diminishing weldability or weather performance characteristics. Each is purpose鈥揹esigned for its particular function (fixed glazing, fixed glazing and rebate seal, rebate seal or glazing bead), thus ensuring optimum performance throughout the lifetime of the window.

In addition to being able to offer customers a good鈥搇ooking, hard鈥搘earing quality product, fabricators who switch to the Corona system will benefit from needing to order fewer parts and having to provide less working and storage space on the factory floor.

All Corona windows and doors are available in a 60mm or 70mm profile and there is a full range of woodgrain finishes and colours.

The Sch眉co Corona window and door system has been tested and approved by BSI and BBA and the pre鈥搃nserted gaskets meet all relevant standards.
