Cleveland Motor Homes has signed a three-year deal with Remguard Visual Management for remote CCTV monitoring of the dealership’s extensive retail site near Teesside airport.

The firm has more than 100 new and pre-owned models on display at any one time and is one of the largest independent motor home dealers in the north of England.

Financial director Craig Jackson said Remguard’s detector-activated security solution appealed because of its ability to monitor the external display area, workshop, sales office and site entrance overnight, providing an alert or if necessary contacting the police if intruders are discovered.

Remguard worked with local installer Zoom CCTV North East to set up the monitoring, with Zoom providing a site security audit and fitting the detectors, cameras and transmission equipment.
