Heatrae Sadia aims to meet a growing demand for electric central heating boilers and direct unvented hot water storage cylinders with a 鈥榦ne box' electric heating and hot water solution. The electric package, ElectroMax was launched in January, and is capable of delivering full wet central heating and mains pressure unvented hot water from one unit. The package includes a 9 kW Amptec electric central heating boiler, a 180 litre direct unvented Duplex stainless steel hot water storage cylinder, an expansion vessel, pumps, controls and pipework.

All components are housed in a single unit. It is supplied complete with a programmable room thermostat that allows flexibility for use of off-peak electricity tariffs. The unvented cylinder also includes a one hour daytime boost option to satisfy any need for hot water outside peak hours.

ElectroMax is designed for simple instalation. It is pre-plumbed and only the domestic hot water expansion vessel needs to be sited outdoors.
